Rotational Doppler Effect in Vortex Light and Its Applications for Detection of the Rotational Motion

چکیده

The linear Doppler effect has been widely used to detect the translational motion of objects. However, it suffers difficulties in measuring angular a rotating target. In recent years, rotational based on vortex beam helpful solve problem measurement and attracted extensive attention remote sensing. This paper expounds theoretical experimental basis briefly summarizes its development for detection macro micro targets. Specifically, properties analysis methods shift when is misaligned with rotation axis are described detail. addition, existing problems further developments discussed.
